Job summary

Signify is seeking a senior planning professional to manage replenishment and fulfillment, ensuring timely product availability and cost-efficient inventory levels. The role requires coordinating with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics to optimize demand planning and drive improvements across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 8 years of experience in demand and fulfillment planning, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning and fulfillment planning.
• Knowledge of using AI tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolves issues during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead demand planning for short and mid-terms and hold regular meetings with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Manage Inventory, slow moving items and KPI metrics (FACC, DRM, Fillrate-OTIF).
• Perform customer account planning and regular reviews with sales and customers for demand management.
• Manage IBP uploads and maintain the 18-month rolling forecast and master data.
