Job summary

Signify Malaysia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage replenishment and fulfillment to ensure timely product availability. You will coordinate with internal teams to optimize inventory, pricing, and delivery performance while leading cross-functional meetings with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Logistics.

The role requires a strong background in demand planning (8+ years) and a hands-on approach to strengthening the MTS/MTO processes, with a focus on improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field but with experience in SC/Logistics.
• Min 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning, fulfillment planning including with focus on demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of using AI tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolves issues during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead demand planning for short & mid-terms with regular meetings with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Manage Inventory including slow-moving items and related KPIs such as Fill rate and OTIF.
• Customer-level account planning and regular reviews with sales and customers for demand management.
• Manage IBP uploads and ensure alignment with supply plan.
