Job summary

Signify in Malaysia is seeking a planning professional to lead replenishment and fulfillment, ensuring timely product availability and on-time delivery across the supply chain.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams, run SIOP and IBP processes, manage inventory, and develop rolling forecasts while driving cost savings and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with relevant SC/Logistics experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning, and fulfillment planning, including focus on demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of using AI tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolve fulfillment issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead SIOP meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Own short- and mid-term demand planning with regular stakeholder reviews (Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance, Logistics).
• Manage inventory, slow moving items, and KPI governance (Fill rate, OTIF).
• Execute MTS/MTO planning and ensure availability at customer-facing locations.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters per RSIM guidelines and prepare intake plans.
• Release POs per supply plan and monitor supply vs PO and vendor confirmations.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply plan and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with internal/external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze fulfillment performance and propose cost-saving initiatives and service improvements.

Manages the replenishment process to ensure timely availability of products. Manages the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Coordinates with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations. Analyzes data to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Resolves any issues that arise during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage SIOP meetings
• Lead demand planning for short & mid -terms & have the regular meetings with different stakeholders as Commercial team & Product Marketing & finance & logistics
• Manage the Inventory & slow moving & FACC & DRM & Fillrate-OTIF kpi
• Customer level - account planning execution & regular reviews with sales & customers for the demand management
• Manage IBP uploads
• Corrects history and develops the 18-month rolling 12NC baseline forecast.
• Maintains master data and planning parameters according to the guidelines defined by the RSIM and prepares intake plans for the full planning horizon.
• Releases POs as per supply plan and reviews supply versus PO and vendor confirmation, owning the MTS/MTO PO fulfillment cycle from requisition to availability at customer facing location.
• Ensures availability, quality, and consistency of the planning parameters for the product portfolio plan.
• Identifies and shares with RSIM and FFP planning lead Business changes to MTS/MTO supply plan or potential risks/opportunities.
• Executes PIPO process according to input from NPI manager.
• Works with suppliers (internal or external) to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any issues.
• Analyzes fulfillment performance and proposes cost-saving initiatives and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Enhances operational efficiency on the volume/frequency of the replenishment.
• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors and resolves issues as needed.
• Reviews availability outlook and inventory quality escalates issues detected and proposes improvement activities.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field but with experience in SC/Logistics
• Min 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning, fulfillment planning including with focus on demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of using AI tools will be an added advantage.
