Job summary

Quantum Secure Encryption Corp is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will develop a growth strategy across Malaysia, build a robust pipeline across enterprise, government, and regulated sectors, and engage with senior stakeholders to position our cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions, software, or services.
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline and winning new business.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC or similar sales qualification methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy across Malaysia.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across enterprise, government, and regulated sectors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships.
• Engage with senior business, technology, security, risk, and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead opportunities through qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to create and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity information in CRM systems.
• Support account growth and expansion following initial customer wins.
