Job summary

EC-Council Global Services, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Director - Business Development to lead the sales function, drive growth, and build a high-performance sales culture across the organization.

You will manage the sales team, deepen customer relationships, expand market presence, and translate client needs into clear cybersecurity service opportunities while collaborating with internal service lines and finance to ensure a healthy revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience of a sales or business development team.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales in professional services.
• Experience engaging enterprise customers and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear service opportunities and commercial proposals.
• Experience in end-to-end proposal management, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting, pipeline management, and BD planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and coach high-performing teams.
• Exposure to regional or international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities
