The role targets Public Sector and GLC accounts, designing penetration strategies and championing vendor relationships.

You will act as the primary anchor between the company and principal teams, running QBRs to align growth with vendor goals and scaling the channel ecosystem with government partners.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience across product management, business development, channel management, or solution consulting in ICT/Cybersecurity.
• Deep experience engaging with Malaysian Public Sector, Government Agencies, or GLCs.
• Technical grounding to discuss cloud security, infrastructure, or networking.
• Excellent presenter able to communicate with engineers and ministry directors.

Responsibilities

• Own the security portfolio, executing quarterly/annual plans to hit revenue, profit, and pipeline targets.
• Identify opportunities and design account-penetration strategies for Public Sector and GLC accounts.
• Act as the primary anchor between the company and key principal teams.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews and align growth with vendor program goals.
• Recruit, coach, and activate strategic channel partners in government contracts.
• Conduct account mapping, drive partner certifications, and help partners close high-value deals.
• Deliver executive briefings, workshops, and presentations to C-level stakeholders and end-users.
• Demystify Cloud Security, Zero Trust, and SSE/SASE into clear business outcomes with support from pre-sales.

Education
