Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using contract management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts with stakeholders.
