Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of contract law and ability to interpret and apply contract terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using contract management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join the dynamic team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's construction contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts with various stakeholders
• Monitoring contract performance and ensuring all parties adhere to the agreed terms and conditions
• Identifying and resolving any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in contract management

What we're looking for
