Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction contract management.
• Knowledge of PAM, CIDB, or international contract standards.
• Understanding of procurement processes and contractual obligations.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and resolving disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage contract performance and ensure compliance with obligations and timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, and change orders for financial control.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation and records.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and disputes early.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external parties for smooth execution.
• Process invoices, certifications, and payments per contract terms.
• Conduct regular contract reviews to ensure legal compliance.
• Resolve disputes and manage claims resolution professionally.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and advise senior management.
