Qualifications

• Banking experience or exposure preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform phone dunning and collections to minimize delinquency.
• Follow approved collection scripts and guidelines to meet targets.
• Attend to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Prepare proposals for Rescheduling & Restructuring and settlements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; initiate timely litigation when needed.
• Support team performance and handle walk-in discussions on repayment plans.
