• Ability to work with targets and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Good communication and people skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting/business
• Strong numerical acumen

Responsibilities

• Manage collections of assigned portfolios and apply collections strategies
• Negotiate payments, restructuring, and settlements with customers
• Contact delinquent customers by calls and emails to drive collections
• Engage with Sales to resolve issues affecting collections
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts, with delinquency analyses
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement
• Support teammates as needed and keep standard working documents updated
