Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist in Malaysia to manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and support cash collection targets. You will negotiate commitments, resolve disputes, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and at least 1 year in AR/collections or finance operations; strong Excel and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management, or Finance Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure payments and resolve overdue balances.
• Negotiate payment commitments and monitor adherence to agreed payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and invoice discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
