Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks a Proserve Account Executive to manage relationships with large enterprise customers, develop a long-term Professional Services strategy, and drive adoption and delivery across diverse cloud projects.

You will collaborate across AWS, shaping deals, pricing, and roadmaps, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful program delivery for multinational clients in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT consulting/management experience in customer-facing roles.
• Business transformation experience through technology incl. cloud adoption, ML/AI, and automation.
• Experience with account growth, sales quotas, project and program deliveries.
• Proven track record in large multinational client engagements as Consulting Services lead with bookings/revenue targets.
• Ability to engage with C-Suite and translate cloud value into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term cloud strategy for global organizations.
• Engage with customers to understand business drivers and portfolios.
• Identify opportunities and build supporting business cases.
• Shape deals, estimate pricing, negotiate contracts, and close.
• Oversee project portfolios, budgets, and delivery quality.
