Job summary

LANTRO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Development Executive in Malaysia to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience in business development or sales, and a willingness to travel as needed. You will contribute to strategic plans and collaborate across teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development with working experience in Construction / Electrical / ELV / IT / AV & related field.
• Experience in Structured Cabling would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferably Malaysian Citizen

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, responses to RFPs and RFQs to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
