Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record in sales and business development in staffing-services.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients in target industries.
• Conduct market research, prospecting, and networking to generate leads.
• Meet sales and revenue targets by client and industry.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary contact to address client needs and provide ongoing support.
