Job summary

Lantro (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive in Kuala Lumpur to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in ICT cabling and related sectors. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing and have proven BD experience in construction/electrical/IT/AV fields with travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven BD experience in Construction/Electrical/IT/AV or related field.
• Experience in Structured Cabling would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferably Malaysian Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, response to RFPs and RFQs to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
