Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across ICT markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and coordinating with sales, pre-sales, technical, product and operations teams to deliver customer-focused ICT solutions.

Applicants should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or related fields, with 1–3 years in business development or ICT preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Mass Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, ICT, technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across enterprise, corporate, government and D2C markets.
• Explore potential markets, industries, customers, partnerships and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Support development of new business models, solutions and market initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, emerging technologies and competitor activities.
• Build relationships with potential and existing business stakeholders.
• Coordinate discussions between customers and internal technical teams to explore ICT solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events and business networking activities.
