Job summary

CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and secure profitable new business, align with sales targets and KPIs, and build strong relationships with customers and prospects. You will design strategic development plans, manage RFQ responses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver effective logistics solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain management or FMCG environment.
Strong track record securing and developing key customer accounts.
Good hunter with established network and clientele.
High level of customer service ability.
Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure profitable new business to meet targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans for corporate goals.
Manage and respond to RFQ requests in a timely manner.
Build and maintain close relationships with customers and prospects.
Coordinate with divisions within the group to support projects.
Negotiate contracts and coordinate related activities to complete projects.
Cross-sell across air, sea, road freight, value-added services and contract logistics.
Deliver sales presentations to customers and business communities.
