Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager for Contract Logistics in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, build a strong customer network, and drive profitable growth across SME to large accounts.

Lead regional RFQ responses, coordinate with solution design and operations, and present compelling supply chain proposals to clients while expanding cross-selling within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 5–10 years in logistics/supply chain.
• 5–10 years in business development in Contract Logistics.
• Proven success leading opportunities in a matrixed organization.
• Strong customer relationships in complex global/multinational contexts.
• Fluent English; strong negotiation and contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and initiate CL opportunities with new customers.
• Grow logistics networking and share market intelligence with the team.
• Develop long term customer relationships and propose innovative supply chain solutions.
• Manage RFQ responses for Contract Logistics.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with Solution design, Operations and BD teams.
• Present regional updates and cross-sell within existing accounts.
