Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Operations Executive to support the Business Development Manager and Group CEO in coordination, client engagement, and documentation. This hands-on role offers exposure to senior management and multiple departments.

The candidate will prepare proposals, PQ/tender submissions, and maintain records, while coordinating meetings and cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma orBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, development support, project coordination or executive support.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with clients, partners and stakeholders, including scheduling and arrangements.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Support BD Manager/Group CEO in client engagement and partner relations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, company profiles and business reports.
• Prepare PQ and tender submission documents and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information and supporting documents.
• Maintain updated company profiles and organization charts.
• Prepare slides for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Research market and competitor information to inform business decisions.
• Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, milestones and events.
• Provide calendar and admin support to management; manage filing and documentation.
