Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, sales acquisition activities and customer negotiations.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings, site visits, and presentations with potential clients.
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand their requirements and follow up on business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit product samples, catalogues, and relevant materials to customers.
• Follow up with potential clients on quotations, proposals, samples, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and sales activities are followed through effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, market information, and business development updates.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers, market opportunities, and industry trends.
• Support customer relationship management and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Perform other business development, sales, marketing, and administrative duties as assigned by the BD Manager.
