Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Sales or related field.
• 2-3 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales or Agency Recruitment.
• Recruitment agency experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales.
• Experience with UAE or international clients is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, cold calls, email and networking.
• Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Directors, Founders and key decision-makers.
• Introduce our recruitment and talent solutions and understand client requirements.
• Schedule meetings and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently and support the conversion of prospects into new clients.
• Build long-term relationships and identify recurring and volume hiring opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and identify new industries and business opportunities.
