Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Malaysia. You will hunt for new clients across BPO, outsourcing, customer support, and other business solutions, building a strong pipeline and turning opportunities into measurable results.

You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, leverage networks, attend events, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and close deals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or telesales.
• Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, SaaS, or related services.
• Established relationships with business owners or corporate decision-makers.
• Willing to attend networking events and face-to-face client meetings.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese with strong English communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
• Generate new leads via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from discovery to close.
• Qualify opportunities based on budget, needs, and decision process.
• Arrange discovery calls, meetings, and presentations with prospects.
• Develop tailored proposals with internal teams and track progress.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects through multiple channels.
• Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to create connections.
