Job summary

Arvion Services in Petaling Jaya seeks a Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities across BPO, outsourcing, and customer support. You will identify target companies, perform outreach, and cultivate a healthy sales pipeline from discovery through to closing.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales/BD, experience with lead generation channels, and strong English communication. Mandarin and Cantonese fluency is a plus in this international market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, or related client-facing role.
• Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, SaaS, technology, recruitment, or service-based solutions.
• Existing relationships with business owners, SMEs, startups, or corporate decision-makers.
• Willing to attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and face-to-face client meetings.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research companies that may benefit from BPO, outsourcing, customer support, sales, recruitment, or other business solutions.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking events, social selling, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to introduce the company's services and understand potential clients' business needs.
• Build, manage, and consistently develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
• Present and promote the company's services to potential clients in a confident and professional manner.
• Develop qualified leads into genuine business opportunities and support the sales process through to closure.
• Attend business events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking sessions to generate new connections and opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with business owners, founders, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM; track activities and progress.
