Job summary

Arches seeks a Business Development Manager/Director for Malaysia/Singapore, with remote work options from Singapore or Malaysia and a Hanoi-based head office. The role offers a competitive salary with six-month reviews and quarterly performance bonuses, plus opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, acquiring clients across PE, hedge funds and consulting sectors, and leading a team to exceed KPIs. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of solid field sales B2B experience, preferably in management consulting or investment industry.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
• During probation, ideally work from Vietnam office to ensure team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that exceed targets.
• Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in PE, hedge funds, management consulting, and corporate sectors.
• Nurture relationships with prospective and current clients to secure repeat business.
• Conduct persuasive meetings and negotiations leading to deal closures.
• Collaborate with client activation to operations teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Regularly report on sales activities, expenses, and revenue; analyze data for insights.
• Lead and coach team members to ensure KPI achievement and growth.
