THE ELITE ELEVATORS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive growth in the home elevator market.

You will reach out to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers, researching trends and educating clients on product benefits and technical details to grow revenue. You will build strong client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, present tailored proposals, and collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malay; Chinese languages are advantageous.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team.
Collaborate with sales, operations and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
