Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Sales Engineer (Lift/Elevator) to support the Executive Director and Sales Manager with product marketing, sales activities and on-site support. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market and prepare accurate quotations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical/electrical or related field) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Experience in lift/elevator industry or related field is desirable.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for products marketing, sales activities and on-site support activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market.
• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
• Actively participate in tenders and BQs.
• Support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
• Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve them with a professional response.
