• 3–5 years of lift/elevator industry experience.
• Willingness to travel outstation and work independently.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities.
• Gather information to support quotations and price reviews for bids.
• Establish and grow accounts by planning and organizing sales calls.
• Present products to consultants, architects and clients and support tender processes.
• Maintain client relationships and provide technical lift design/installation input when needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and activity records.
