Nibav Lifts & Elite Elevators in Malaysia seeks a results-driven sales professional to identify opportunities with architects, contractors, builders and interior designers. You will research market trends, build strong client relationships, present tailored product benefits, and close deals.

Collaboration with sales, operations and installation teams ensures smooth project delivery and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent B2C experience).
Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Chinese languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
