Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an Outdoor Sales Engineer for the lift/elevator industry to drive new business and support project bids. You will analyze market needs, identify potential clients, and present product solutions to consultants, architects, and decision makers.

Key responsibilities include attending tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating with M&E consultants and clients, and maintaining accurate activity reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Diploma in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience in lift/elevator industry.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Experience in sourcing and closing clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market trends analysis.
• Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.
• Establish new accounts and service accounts; plan sales call schedule.
• Provide product/service inputs for quotations or prospects.
• Present products to consultants, architects and clients.
• Develop and maintain rapport on current strategy.
• Attend tender interviews, proposals and price reviews.
• Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients.
• Assist consultants on lift design, dimensions and car construction.
• Maintain accurate reports and records of activity, closings and follow-ups.
