Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH in Kuala Lumpur seeks aSenior Business Development Manager (EPC, Data Center and New Energy) to develop strategic relationships with major accounts and lead cross-functional negotiations. You will craft account plans, identify opportunities, and drive growth while ensuring compliance and upholding our integrity, safety and customer-centric values.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 10+ years in KAM or Sales, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years in Key Account Management or Sales.
Experience with Data Center operators, EPCs and renewable energy stakeholders.
Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure and energy applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English required; Mandarin a plus.
Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for customers; lead technical and commercial negotiations.
Build account plans and sales strategies based on stakeholder insights.
Identify and qualify new opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Drive growth through pipeline management, forecasting and long-term demand planning.
Support market intelligence and regional business development strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
Represent Reinhausen's values of integrity, safety and customer-centricity.
