Honeywell Technologies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Director of Business Development – EPC, ASEAN to drive growth across Process Automation, Process Technologies, Industrial Automation and Building Automation with EPCs in the region.

You will identify and pursue opportunities, build strategic EPC partnerships, and collaborate with colleagues across China, Japan, and Korea to develop market insights and execute joint initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably with EPCs in the region.
• Proven ability to lead complex deals and cross-functional teams to grow business.
• Strong network of ASEAN industry contacts and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinker able to navigate a fast-paced, matrix organization.
• Proactive leadership to influence decisions and drive value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement EPC growth strategies for ASEAN markets.
• Monitor market trends and EPC activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive deals and manage project pipelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Honeywell and EPCs to align initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with regional leaders to grow orders.
