Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior sales professional to expand market presence in data center power solutions. You will identify opportunities with operators and EPCs, consult on complex power needs, and lead proposals and negotiations with internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B technical sales within power generation or critical infrastructure, with strong executive communication skills. Located in Kuala Lumpur, on-site operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B technical sales, ideally within power generation or critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex solution-selling, contract negotiations, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with data center operators, hyperscalers, telecom giants, and EPC contractors across the region.
• Technical Consultation: Partner with clients to assess complex power requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including high-capacity diesel genset systems, modular container units, and redundant fuel infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain high-value relationships with C-level executives, technical procurement teams, and consulting engineers.
• Deal Execution: Lead sales proposals, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations in close collaboration with internal engineering design teams.
