Job summary

Sanicare Hygiene Services HQ is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kuantan. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline to secure new contracts.

Day-to-day you will meet clients, present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of business development and commercial awareness in service industries.
• Effective communication to present solutions and build stakeholder relationships.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in the same industry or related.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Generate leads through multiple channels and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms to secure new contracts and renew existing ones.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and report on sales trends.
