Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive in Malaysia to drive growth with target accounts and move opportunities toward a commercial decision.

You will own the end-to-end process from initial penetration to won or disqualified, coordinating with HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations to unlock workforce solutions.

This role focuses on proactive outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn and networking, building a strong pipeline and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Pursue qualified opportunities identified by the Sales Research Analyst
• Build access into target companies through calls, email, LinkedIn, introductions, networking and other legitimate routes
• Identify and develop multiple stakeholders within each serious account
• Build relationships across HR, Procurement, Finance, Operations and relevant business leadership
• Conduct initial commercial conversations and discovery
• Understand the client's workforce problem, timing, decision process and externalisation rationale
• Progress opportunities towards discovery, defined scope, proposal, procurement and commercial decision
• Maintain persistent and structured follow-up with clear next actions for every active opportunity
• Work with Sales Admin to progress proposals, vendor registration, tenders and commercial documentation
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, expected workforce size, commercial value and next-action dates
