Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a multinational client in online trading and financial services, seeking a Business Development Manager (BPO/Services) to base in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role centers on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships to grow staffing and IT services revenue.

Responsibilities include identifying and closing new business, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with recruitment, operations, and finance to deliver seamless solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in BD/AM in staffing or related industries.
• Strong network within BFSI, Healthcare, IT in Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new clients for staffing and IT services.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities.
• Meet revenue targets by securing high-value staffing contracts.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate leads.
