Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory, but drive and commercial judgment matter most.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Experience with outbound outreach and client conversations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads quickly and qualify opportunities.
• Build outbound pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn and account research.
• Conduct discovery conversations and propose suitable services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documents on time.
• Negotiate terms within approved boundaries and protect margins.
• Maintain a clean CRM with next steps and owners.
