Qualifications

• 4–6 years working experience in strata/property management.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).
• Good financial acumen; understanding of maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a strata property portfolio with the Team Leader.
• Build relationships with owners, residents, committees and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with facilities teams for timely resolution.
• Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on actions.
• Handle enquiries and escalations, ensuring compliance with strata legislation.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, insurance renewals and records across systems.
