Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Associate in Penang to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will handle cash, reports, promotions and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will supervise staff, promote merchandise, and assist in merchandising, displays and cleanliness to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge in overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash handling, daily reports, promotions)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth
• Maintain cash accurately and proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in outlet matters, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
