Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain rapport with customers
• Contribute towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to procedures and keep proper records
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
