Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Malaysia is seeking a Store Operations Helper to support the Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations. You will handle daily store tasks, cash, reporting and promotions while supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will contribute to sales growth, maintain displays, assist customers, and support in all outlet activities including cleanliness and stock promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall outlet operation
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Contribute towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in all outlet aspects, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
