Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall outlet operation
Handle day-to-day store tasks (cash handling, daily reports, promotions)
Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up)
Demonstrate excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
Contribute to outlet sales achievement & growth
Maintain cash accurately per procedures and records
Promote stock/promotions to customers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assist in outlet display, merchandising and cleanliness
