Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; store manager preferred.
• STPM / A Level / Diploma or above preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Flexible to rotate shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using our service model.
• Lead store team to surpass sales and service metrics.
• Apply analytics to identify opportunities.
• Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster inclusive environment and internal growth.
• Support operations including POS, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty programs.
• Uphold asset protection and inventory controls.
