Job summary

Crocs in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. You will manage daily operations, inventory, and visual standards while fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Possess at least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with store team, operations managers, District Managers & corporate partners.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead the store team to surpass performance metrics in sales, service and inventory.
• Apply analytical thinking and reporting to identify opportunities and empower strategic decisions.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and store standards.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and nurture internal growth and external networks.
