Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with Store Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in retail POS, MS Office and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales, consumer service and charms.
• Apply analytical thinking and reporting to identify opportunities within the store and empower strategic decisions.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards across the store.
• Build and foster an inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and external networking of talent.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with effective follow-up on daily activities.
• Contribute to a team culture that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns while upholding Crocs, Inc. values.
• Support operations in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Ensure adherence to Asset Protection policies and inventory control procedures.
