• Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and service.
• Apply reporting to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
• Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Support daily store operations including POS, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty programs.
