Job summary

You will collaborate with industry-leading teammates and partners to grow the business and enhance the consumer experience. You will apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities, manage operations including POS, stock, pricing, and loyalty

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; Store Manager experience preferred.
• Possess STPM / A Level / Diploma or higher.
• Professional working proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Oversee visual presentation, stock flow and replenishment.
• Manage daily operations including POS, pricing and markdowns.
• Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and district managers to optimize performance.
