Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Malaysia to lead the store team, drive sales, and oversee daily operations including opening and closing, cash handling, stockroom management, and keeping the store business ready every day.

You will model best practices, foster a positive, high-energy team culture, stay informed on product collaborations and launches, and serve as a brand ambassador while delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model
• Lead store team and drive sales while overseeing daily operations
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, stockroom management and replenishment
• Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion
• Serve as brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and collaborations
• Adhere to policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control
• Model best practices and partner with Store Management to boost KPIs and team success
