Qualifications

• At least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with Store Manager experience.
• Leadership skills with ability to empower and drive team results.
• Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to connect with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs service model.
• Lead store team to exceed sales and service metrics.
• Apply analysis and reporting to identify store opportunities.
• Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting growth and internal mobility.
