Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of store associates and leaders, delivering an exceptional consumer experience and driving sales while maintaining visual standards.

You will develop talent, manage operations across POS, replenishment, pricing, loyalty programs and stock room, and collaborate with district managers and corporate partners. The role requires strong leadership, 5 years retail experience, and English proficiency; rotating shifts including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; store manager preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Strong leadership and ability to empower teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Able to work on rotational shifts including weekends/public holidays.

• Lead store team to exceed sales and service metrics.
• Apply analytics and reporting to identify opportunities.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.

• Learn and assist in departments including service, product knowledge, visuals, and stock room.
